Deal with the negative; embrace the positive

Every cloud has a silver lining

Coronavirus has made us all think about our health. The good news is there are so many things we can do to make a positive difference. Why not grab this opportunity to explore how you can make changes that will last well beyond Covid-19?

How can health coaching help?

Often it just helps to talk things through with someone who can help you see the wood for the trees. Some of the specific things people like to talk about are:

  • concern about being in a higher risk category such as diabetes or overweight
  • how to support the  immune system to best cope with the virus
  • help with sleep
  • how to stay active
  • how to eat healthily without easy access to food shops or without familiar ingredients
  • reassurance and reducing stress

Please get in touch using the form below to arrange a time for us to talk. We can do it by phone – if you can ring me, or Zoom (or other platform such as Skype). There is no cost to you with Zoom and you don’t need to have the Zoom app downloaded unless you’ll be using your phone for our sessions.
