Starting week 2 with my standing desk and so far so good. I didn't think I'd be able to *think* standing up - but it turns out I can. And coaching sessions and calls have gone well, too. This set up is great because if I want to sit down - and by about 3pm at the moment, I do - I can just move everything down a level which means I'm looking at my screen straightahead rather than having to look down at it. #happybackandneck

This is a great way to reduce sedentary behaviour, which increases health risk for all of us who sit down to work... even if we also exercise regularly.
